Breakfast Smoothie

The best option for breakfast is  smoothie drink. It is best to drink it on an empty stomach and wait for half an hour before eating something else. In this case all good nutrients will be absorbed and you will get the maximum benefit from this delicious drink.
In this recipe I use spirulina, but this component is optional. Spirulina is an algae rich in potassium, vitamin A, magnesium, calcium, and iron. It tastes a little salty and gives a very green colour.
Cashew nuts give a creamy texture to the smoothie, even a couple of nuts is enough to notice that. These are very nutritious nuts and they make the drink hearty.


Bananas 2 pcs.
Cashews 1/4 cup
Frozen berries (cherry) 0.5 cup
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Spirulina 0.5 tsp
Water 300 ml.

Just blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
